Batching / Mixing Operator

MTC Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Batcher /Mixing Operator to work in the South Western suburbs of Sydney – Padstow location.  
 
This large manufacturing organisation is a market leader making putties and other adhesive products and are looking for experienced Batcher / Mixing Operators to join their team for an immediate start.
 
Workers will be required to do a variety of tasks such as operating a counter balance forklift, weighing raw materials and combining them into mixers to create products, operating production machines, working on a production line, assisting the production staff and other duties as required within a manufacturing environment.
 
To be considered for this role you will demonstrate the following:    

• Experience working within a batch making environment or similar industry
• Capable of following instructions, both verbal and written communication on Batch Cards
• Experienced in basic to intermediate quality testing
• Previous experience working in a dangerous good environment
• Must be physically fit and healthy, capable of manual handling tasks (regularly lifting items weighing 25kg)
• Must have LF Forklift Licence
• Understands expectations of workplace health and safety
• Be able to work autonomously by self and with a team
• Good attention to detail
• Have good written and verbal communication
• Able to pass a police check

These roles will be working on an ongoing day or afternoon shift - Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm or 7am to 11pm
