Our client, located in Padstow, is a leader in third-party solutions for the fashion industry.

Specialising in warehousing, store replenishment, e-commerce, and distribution services.

We are currently seeking an office-based Customer Services Officer to join the Customer Service Team.


Duties & Responsibilities


  • Ability to work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
  • Respond to and resolve customer enquiries including order or carrier issues
  • Collaborate and communicate customer requirements to internal teams and managers
  • Build trust and develop strong working solutions and relationships with their customers


Experience

 

  • 2 years + of demonstrated success within a customer service environment - Office based or administrative duties and co-ordination of customer order requests within a warehouse
  • Working knowledge of at least one WMS and will train with Freshdesk
  • Microsoft Office – Intermediate Excel skills
