Our client, located in Padstow, is a leader in third-party solutions for the fashion industry.
Specialising in warehousing, store replenishment, e-commerce, and distribution services.
We are currently seeking an office-based Customer Services Officer to join the Customer Service Team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
- Respond to and resolve customer enquiries including order or carrier issues
- Collaborate and communicate customer requirements to internal teams and managers
- Build trust and develop strong working solutions and relationships with their customers
Experience
- 2 years + of demonstrated success within a customer service environment - Office based or administrative duties and co-ordination of customer order requests within a warehouse
- Working knowledge of at least one WMS and will train with Freshdesk
- Microsoft Office – Intermediate Excel skills

- Excellent communication (both email and telephone)
- Attention to detail and methodical problem solver
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team
