Labourer

An organic food wholesaler is looking for a labourer to join their growing team in Villawood.

This opportunity is being offered as a temp to perm role; working Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 3:30pm with a pay rate of $26.15 an hour. Training provided.

Responsibilities:

• Filling and packing raw food material into bags
• Mixing material
• Emptying 25kgs bags into machine to sift food and individually package
• Working in a pair to pick, pack and process raw material
• Clean machines and work area after use
• Packing goods onto pallets
• Using pallet jack

About you:

• Physically Fit (repetitive lifting of upto 25kg)
• Reliable
• Attention to detail
• Effective communication, numeracy and literacy skills
• Committed to long term role
• Vaccinated for COVID 19
• Previous machine operator role preferred
• Understanding of food safety preferred
