Our client is a National Business with a global reach, specialising in electronics - connecting, distributing, controlling power and data flows, they have been developing the right products for this purpose since 1923. The business is primarily focused on industrial production facilities and renewable energies.
We are seeking a detail orientated, highly organised Office Administration Officer to support the day‑to‑day operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, supporting internal teams, and keeping essential business processes running smoothly. You will be based at both the National Head Office in the Parramatta CBD and the primary distribution facility at Eastern Creek.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide general administrative support to the Leadership Team
- Book travel for ANZ employees using third party travel provider
- Manage queries via phone, email and be responsible for incoming and outgoing mail
- Fleet management
- Create Purchase Orders using SAP
- Act as secretary to designated project/work groups and committees, meetings, including preparing agendas and drafting minutes.
- Maintain the office condition (cleanliness) and arrange necessary repairs
- Update and maintain office operations and procedures
- Function as the Work Health Safety Coordinator Officer, as part of PxC WHS Committee
- Provide general support to visitors
- Where necessary, liaise with all ANZ facility management vendors, including cleaning and catering
- Assist in planning in-house or offsite activities e.g. parties, celebrations and conferences.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration or office support roles
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced cross functional environment
- Highly organised with a strong sense of initiative
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks
- A proactive, team‑oriented approach
- Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Full working rights
