About the Role

We are seeking an Administration Support Officers to join the team at either our Parramatta or Blacktown site on a maximum term contract until June 2023. You will work 25 hours per week and will be integral to providing effective and efficient customer service and administration support to our staff and customers attending our Skills for Education and Employment Program.

Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will:

  • Provide administrative support to staff and customers
  • Welcome customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage the counter and phone call enquiries from a variety of stakeholders
  • Communicate respectfully with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Participate in outbound call campaigns
  • General office administration support

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience working in an administrative and/or reception role within a similar environment.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A friendly, polite, professional, and courteous style
  • Ability to build rapport with students and clients
  • Bilingual skills preferred
