About the role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on supporting MTC Australia grow their team of passionate employees during a period of significant growth. This is initially a full time, 6-month maximum term opportunity. The role types that could be recruited include Finance, Marketing, Administrative Staff, Youth Advisors, Employment Consultants and Trainers. Our office is in Parramatta and MTC Australia offers a flexible approach to working, with the option to work from home or any offices across the Sydney Metro region.

Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Taking detailed job briefs with Hiring Managers to form a good understanding of each role & team, propose recruitment strategies and lead the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Effectively partnering with key stakeholders across the business
  • Taking a strategic approach to sourcing candidates including sourcing and creating talent pipelines via advertising, networking, LinkedIn and other social media channels to ensure the business has access to suitable candidates
  • Always ensuring candidates have a positive experience
  • Working collaboratively with the internal People and Culture team

About you

To be effective in this role you will have: 

  • Previous experience working in Talent Acquisition in a fast-paced, high growth environment 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple roles & prioritise high volumes of recruitment
  • Confidence & capability to partner effectively with and manage stakeholders at various levels of seniority
  • Ability to work independently with strong time management skills in order fill roles in a timely, efficient manner
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills with a strong attention to detail
  • A customer centric approach
