The role:

Our client is an established Australia Wide provider of full professional 3PL Logistics Services which includes Warehouse & Logistics Management and Freight Forwarding based in Smeaton Grange. As a result, they are looking for experienced Warehouse Administrators to join their team for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising transport coordination’s
  • Liaising with customers/ vendors and other suppliers
  • Despatching and receiving of customer orders
  • Consigning notes and labelling of products
  • Monitoring incoming and outcoming shipments
  • Inventory management and stock handling
  • Creating customer reports
  • Data entry

About the candidate:

  • Previous experience working in an administration role within a warehousing or transport logistics environment
  • Experience in consignment notes
  • Intermediate computer skills – SAP / Excel / Word would be an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Able to follow instructions and work with deadlines
  • Have full Australian working rights
  • Available to start immediately


The Benefits:

  • Monday to Friday role – 40hrs per week 
  • On-going role with a view to permanent for the right applicant
  • Perm salary offered $50-$55K + Super (depending on experience)
  • Temp salary for approx. 12 weeks $29-$31p/h (depending on experience)
