Dale Smith

From his start as a teenage fruit picker, handling 20 tonnes of watermelons a day, Dale understands the attributes needed for success in a hands-on working environment. Since then, he has built a 20-year career in recruitment - 10 of them in management positions – and he still has his feet on the ground. Dale is responsible for guiding the MTC Recruitment team to achieve the organisation’s goals. "Being responsible for an agency that’s small enough to treat every client as a true partner is rewarding,” he says. “I'm motivated by knowing our work supports social impact initiatives." Dale has recruited for large national and multinational organisations. He lives in Western Sydney and is passionate about providing opportunities for local people.
