Mark Zaia
General Manager
Mark is an experienced leader with extensive knowledge of Employment Services, having operated in every state and territory in Australia. Before joining MTC FutureReady in September 2020, Mark was Operations Manager for Sureway Employment and Training, covering 91 sites and 450 staff. He has also managed partnerships nationally for The Salvation Army’s Employment Plus and worked as State Manager for Jobs Statewide. Mark specialises in motivating and mobilising large teams of people to exceed targets in the highly competitive employment services environment. Mark stepped in the role of General Manager at MTC Recruitment in December 2025.
