My client is a global logistics and transportation company that specialises in bespoke supply chain solutions, e-fulfilment and transportation by air, sea, rail and road. As a result, we are currently seeking an experienced Administration Clerk / Warehouse Assistant at their busy site in Yennora
 
This position will initially be offered on a temporary basis which could lead to a permanent role. You will be required to work Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm but during their busy times, you will need to be flexible to work outside these hours when required.
 
Your key responsibilities will include:
 
  • Collecting and entering truck manifests / consignments
  • Answering phone enquiries
  • General warehousing tasks on the floor when required such as picking and packing of orders
  • Administrative support, where needed
  • Dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone
 
To be considered for this position, you will have:
 
  • Previous experience working in the transport industry
  • Proven experience with Con notes / Manifests and logistic data entry
  • Work well as part of a team to promote a productive and positive team culture
  • Computer skills across Microsoft office and Warehousing systems
  • Full working rights
