About the Role

We’re currently seeking a Compliance Officer for our Employment Services Division based in Brisbane. This role will provide support the division in understanding and meeting its contractual and quality management requirements, as well as driving continuous improvement through process and compliance. 

Reporting to the Compliance Manager, key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System within the Employment Services division.
  • Undertake compliance activities to ensure compliance with the QMS, relevant Program Deeds and NDIS.
  • Work collaboratively with Quality Management to ensure Employment Services teams meet all requirements of external ISO 9001 audits.
  • Develop and maintain documentation that assists the Employment Services division to meet its Quality Management objectives
  • Ensure staff are provided with on-the-job training to complete their quality management requirements

About You

The Compliance Officer is an expert on document management, compliance and quality assurance within the Employment Services space.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Degree in a relevant discipline, or experience deemed equivalent
  • Previous experience in a compliance role, ideally within the employment services industry
  • Exceptional communication skills – including the ability to write technical documentation such as policies, standard operating procedures, and work instructions
  • Capability to manage an online document management system
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and deliver training
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships and influence – coaching and training others to adhere to a quality management system
