An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Service Officer to join us on a temporary basis, to assist our team in connecting people with as many opportunities as possible.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Working in warm and supportive call centre
- Dealing with in-bound inquiries from customers regarding any of our programs
- Ability to make warm outbound calls to current clients
- Accurately responding to requests in a timely manner
- Handling any problems or resolving issues in a professional manner
- Communicating information with the correct department
- Previous experience in Job Active highly regarded
- Understanding and passion for customer service
- Must have recent experience working within an inbound/outbound centre
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving abilities
- A positive and resilient outlook with the ability to think quickly
- Strong organisational and time management skills
