About the Role
This full-time, permanent position involves providing outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone. You will assist customers with the rental or purchase of medical equipment tailored to their needs, while also supporting internal teams with administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on customer quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and inventory systems.
- Provide support to Sales, Business Development, Operations, and Logistics teams.
- Coordinate equipment trials, dispatches, and payment reconciliations.
- Liaise with suppliers, funding bodies, and case managers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Communicate with internal staff to manage customer expectations and delivery timelines.
About You
You are a team-oriented professional with a strong customer service background and excellent attention to detail. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are confident managing multiple tasks efficiently.
To be successful, you will have:
- Proven experience in customer service and administration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central is a plus.
- Experience in healthcare or aged care is advantageous.
