A well-known and respected FMCG Import and Distribution company in Arndell Park has a new opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team from 9am to 6pm. This role is focused on supporting the Sales Manager and is important in connecting customer to their products.


Reporting to the Logistics & Supply Chain Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:

 

      Enter daily exchange rates, answer Inbound phone calls, and maintain enquiry email address for customer orders, general sales queries & sales support

      Process sales orders and provide acknowledgements with current ETAs

      Generate and release pick lists to 3PL by 10.30am so orders can be despatched next day

      Process all credit claims ensuring they are resolved within the same month and provide back order reports with accurate ETAs on customer requests

      Consolidate pick lists & back order releases when new containers arrive or new orders that may have back orders and liaise with L&SCM about SIT and stock availabilities

      Track and trace any consignments for customer deliveries and ensure EDI has processed daily invoices and resolve as needed

      Build close relationship with 3PL to monitor dispatches to ensure all orders are sent with delivery notes and review daily pick lists with 3PL raising any still outstanding

      Review manifests & consignments are correct on invoices and match correctly with transport carriers


Essential Criteria


      A certificate in Administration, Customer Service or Logistics is highly desirable

      Previous experience in FMCG environment is desirable

      Experience in sales ordering and support is a must

      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      Ability to use MC OFFICE products, specifically EXCEL

      High degree of data entry and administrative accuracy

      Takes pride in their work with a customer and product focus
