This well known, family owned organisation is currently seeking a Customer Service Manager, to lead and manage the customer services team for New South Wales.  They manufacturer products and supply to large retailers throughout Australia. This position, based in South West Sydney, will see you report directly to the State Manager.  This challenging role will allow you to showcase your skills in leading a group of people to meet the customer standards of the business.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • 2 direct reports 
    • Team Leader - Sales
    • Team Leader - Service
  • 16 in-direct reports
  • Management of the entire customer service function ensuring superior customer service is provided to customers
  • Develop an implement KPI’s for the team
  • Identify opportunities for improvements in processes and procedures
  • Provide mentoring and training to team members

To be considered for this position, you will have:
  • Extensive experience in similar position
  • Customer Service management experience gained in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience building and maintaining strong effective teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
