MTC Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Despatch Planners / Admin Workers to join their team for an afternoon shift role in Revesby.
One of Australia’s market leaders within the Manufacturing of commercial and residential garage door is looking for immediate start – Despatch Planners / Admin staff
As a result of continued growth their workload is expanding at an exponential rate. This has led to the need for further workers to join their team in on going capacity.
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday from 12pm to 8pm
What you will do:
Ø Assists and coordinates planning of intra-state trucks and loads for optimal cost and customer service.
Ø Coordinate with transport companies, carriers, and drivers to ensure optimization, and to ensure schedules are met and the orders are on time.
Ø Assists in ensuring Installers paperwork, doors and parts are available when scheduled
Ø Coordinates with the installation planning team on availability and scheduling
Ø Liaise with Dealers on their orders and their updates.
Ø Contributes to a “can do’ working environment and other administration duties as required by client.
What you will need:
Ø Previous experience working in a similar role within the transport or manufacturing field
Ø Requires strong technical and problem-solving skills, with “thinking outside the box”
Ø Strong administration, resource planning and cost control skills.
Ø Specific expertise in quality control, health and safety and process improvement is desirable.
Ø Computer skills are essential and SAP experience preferred.
Ø Excellent customer service skills
Ø High attention to details
Ø Able to pass a police check
