About the Roles

Following recent success in securing Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) contracts, there are exciting opportunities for motivated and client-focused Disability Employment Consultants to join their teams across various locations including:

Surry Hills, Redfern, Campsie, Rockdale, Kogarah, Sutherland/ Menai, Caringbah and Parramatta / Hornsby.

Reporting to the relevant Regional Manager, you will engage with and support individuals with disability, injury, or health conditions to achieve meaningful and sustainable employment outcomes.


Key responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive appointments to assess individual circumstances and develop tailored job plans.
  • Building strong rapport with participants to understand their skills, goals and barriers.
  • Provide personalised and targeted support which strengthens the participants’ job readiness and employability.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with local employers to promote inclusive recruitment practices.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and performance benchmarks.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders including allied health professionals, training providers, and community organisations.
  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing timely actions to mitigate identified risks.

About You

  • Previous professional experience working with people with disabilities to deliver personalised and targeted support, coaching and solutions that strengthen their employability and job readiness.
  • Qualifications in employment or disability services (highly regarded).
  • Able to develop a strong understanding of IEA guidelines, compliance, and performance frameworks.
  • Proven experience working to targets and KPIs and meeting expectations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Cultural competence and the ability to engage with diverse communities.
  • A passion for inclusive employment and supporting people with disability.
  • A valid, unrestricted driver’s licence.
