Forklift Driver/Storeperson

Our client is a global leader in consumer healthcare and the largest manufacturer and distributor of products in the rehabilitation and sports medicine markets. With a strong reputation for quality and innovation, they are currently experiencing peak demand and are seeking experienced Forklift Operators / Stores Persons to join their dynamic team.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure stable employment with a 12-month permanent contract available for the right candidate. You’ll be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, supporting daily operations and ensuring timely and accurate handling of goods.

Roster & Pay

• Rotating Roster:
• • 8 weeks: Mon–Thurs 8:30am–5:00pm, Fri 7:00am–1:00pm
• • 2 weeks: Mon–Thurs 6:30am–3:00pm, Fri 6:30am–12:30pm
• Casual Rate: $35.00 per hour
• Full-Time Salary: $60,000 + Super

Key Responsibilities

• Operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
• Pick orders using RF scanners
• Load/unload trucks and containers
• Receive, dispatch, and put away goods
• Wrap pallets and label items
• Replenish stock and tape cartons
• Perform general warehouse duties
• Maintain OHS compliance

What We’re Looking For

• Valid LF Forklift Licence (High Reach experience essential)
• Proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience with RF scanning and barcode systems
• Reliable transport and full Australian working rights
• Comfortable walking long distances during picking shifts
• Team player with a proactive attitude
