Forklift Operator / Storeperson

The role:

Our client is a market leader in all consumable products ranging from healthcare, dental, scientific, first aid, safety, and office goods. As a result, they are looking for 4x experienced all round warehouse staff / Store people to join their team for an immediate start at their warehouse in Prestons

These roles are casual ongoing with a view to permanent. The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating counterbalance / high reach forklifts up to 6 racks high
• Picking and packing of orders
• Wrapping pallets and putaway of stock
• Labelling
• Container unloading
• Other warehousing duties as required within the warehouse

About the candidate:

• Previous experience working within a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Must have a current LF forklift licence
• High Reach experience preferred but not essential as training can be provided
• Able to lift up to 20kilo boxes
• Have an excellent attitude
• Willing to learn
• Flexible to undertake any task instructed on the day
• Have full Australian working rights
• Been vaccinated
• Available to start immediately
