Forklift Operators

Our client is one of Australia’s leading suppliers, marketers, and distributors of the freshest and tastiest eggs since the 1970s. Over the decades, they have grown into one of the nation’s largest and most trusted egg producers.

Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced Storeperson with a current Forklift Licence to join the team for an immediate start in Minchinbury. Successful applicants must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test.

Position Details

• Shift: Monday to Friday
• 2:00am – 10:00am: $37.40 per hour
• 10:00am – 6:00pm: $34.00 per hour
• 6:00pm – 2:00am: $42.16 per hour
• Location: Minchinbury
• Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Completing stock counts for freezer, chiller and warehouse areas
• Operating a forklift as required
• Labelling and packaging egg products
• Picking and packing eggs and cartons
• Cleaning and sorting eggs
• Conducting quality testing
• Operating machinery when needed

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

• Current Forklift (LF) Licence
• Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) knowledge
• A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to stand for long periods
• High attention to detail
• Ability to follow processes and instructions
• Capacity to work in cool room environments (approx. 4°C)
• Commitment to long‑term work
• A positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn
