High Reach Forklift Operator

MTC Recruitment is working with one of Australia’s leading suppliers of dairy products. We are currently seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Driver to join their team for an immediate start in Greenacre.

This role is an on-going casual assignment, with an opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 3:00pm – 12:00am, paying from $38.08/hour

Key Responsibilities:

·        Operating High Reach Forklift

·        Moving pallets around the warehouse and production areas

·        Put-aways

·        Picking and packing of goods

·        Wrapping pallets

·        Labelling

·        Dealing with raw meats and dairy products

·        Loading and unloading trucks

·        Other warehousing duties as required

About You:

·        Previous experience working in a Cold Environment (approx. 5 degrees) would be highly regarded for these roles

·        Minimum 6 months experience operating a High Reach Forklift

·        Valid LF Forklift Licence

·        Able to work in a fast-paced environment

·        Available to start work immediately

·        Physically fit

·        Be able to commit to on-going work

·        Able to work overtime and long hours shifts (up to 10-11hrs per day when required)

·        Flexible to do other duties within the warehouse

·        Have full Australian working rights with no work restrictions
