Internal Salesperson - Spare Parts

The Company

Well-established family owned and operated automotive recycling and spare parts business located in Fairfield, working in a small, friendly team with a wide range of vehicle brands and models.

The Role

As an Internal Salesperson, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking automotive parts. You’ll handle inquiries, process orders, and provide expert advice to ensure customers receive the right parts for their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Respond to face-to-face customers, inbound calls, emails and website enquiries.

·      Accurately process orders referring to spare parts inventory system ( Pinnacle CMMS)

·      Offer expert advice on part compatibility and applications

·      Providing accurate quotes and support sales promotions

·      Build and maintain strong customer relationships

·      Resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

·      Solid understanding of automotive parts and systems

·      Strong communication and customer service skills

·      Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell products

·      Proficiency with computer systems and order processing (Pinnacle an advantage)

·      Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
