Inventory Clerk / Production Worker

MTC Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Inventory Clerk / Production Worker to join their team for an afternoon shift role in Condell Park

One of Australia’s market leaders within the Manufacturing of commercial and residential garage door is looking for an immediate start – Inventory Clerk / Production Worker

As a result of continued growth their workload is expanding at an exponential rate. This has led to the need for further workers to join their team in on going capacity.

The hours of work will be 2pm to 10:30pm Monday to Thursday and 12pm to 6pm on Friday

What you will do:

• Coordinate cycle counts and monitor progress in line with customer requirements and business policies
• Managing and undertaking stock takes as required for the customers
• Assists and coordinates planning activities
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and other carriers
• Ensuring stock inventory records are maintained
• Set up systems when required
• Assist with assembling garage doors on the floor when required
• Contributes to a “can do’ working environment and other administration duties as required by client

What you will need:

• Previous experience working in a similar role within the warehousing or manufacturing field
• Experience in stocktake and cycle counts
• Requires strong technical and problem-solving skills, with “thinking outside the box”
• Strong administration skills are a MUST with SAP experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment
• Must be fit for work with a good level of fitness and general health
• Highly organised and an eye for detail
• Able to pass a police check
• Been vaccinated for COVID 19
