The Company
Our client, a family owned and operated law firm in Marrickville, are looking to appoint a Junior Legal Secretary to join their team.  This is a great entry-level role for someone who has recently completed their HSC, including Legal Studies. 

The Role
  • Receptionist duties
  • Mail collection and distribution
  • Assisting the Legal Secretary
  • Taking minutes for meetings
  • Data entry and administrative tasks
  • Filing, copying, scanning and archiving
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy workplace
You will have:
  • Completed your HSC, including Legal Studies
  • Great attitude to learn and ability to pick up tasks quickly
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Office
  • Initiative, ambition, drive, and commitment to a permanent role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
