Labourer

We are looking for Experienced Labourers to join the team working at one of our large local government clients in Sydney’s North Shore area

This role is casual ongoing and has an excellent rate of $29.16p/h and will start immediately for the right applicants

The hours of work will be Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm with an RDO fortnightly

Working in small teams you will be given the opportunity to utilise your skills through a range of duties

What you will do:

• Bin servicing and collections
• Footpath cleaning and litter collection
• Cleaning litter bins and replacing bin liners
• Driving a waste compactor truck
• Working off run sheets and reporting daily
• General labouring duties
• Traffic Controlling tasks as required

What you will need:

• Must have C class driver’s licence
• MR drivers licence desirable but not essential
• Traffic Control ticket
• White Card
• Previous experience within the waste industry desirable but not essential
• Be physically fit to lift up to 25kgs and able to do manual handling tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Committed to ongoing work and able to work in all types of weather conditions
• Able to work in a team environment
• Fully vaccinated for COVID 19
