Machine Operator – Day Shift | Pendle Hill, Sydney

Looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in a supportive team environment? Our client is seeking a hands-on and reliable Machine Operator to join their production team at their Pendle Hill facility.

About the Role

This is a day shift position ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while contributing to a small, focused team. You’ll play a key role in meeting production targets with a strong emphasis on quality, efficiency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and promote safe work practices at all times
• Operate machinery in line with established procedures and standards
• Ensure equipment is maintained to high standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes
• Support the company’s growth and future direction
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations

• Forklift licence preferred (not essential)
