Our client is a plastics manufacturer, distributor and exporter based in North Rocks. The client is looking for a Machine Operator in the Moulding Section for their warehouse based in North Rocks.

The role is within the Plastics Compounding Division and will involve the following:

The role is within the Plastics Compounding Division and will involve the following:
Responsibilities
- Batching, measuring, mixing and granulating raw plastics
- Packaging and palletising finished goods
- Batch to batch quality control
- Machines start-up and operate (hydraulic mould press machines)
- Perform testing procedures to ensure the machines are operating accordingly
- Maintain and clean machines before and after each shift
- Perform different size of mould testing and sheet mould testing as per data sheet
- Previous Plastic Moulding and Machine operation experience is essential
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment and operation of hydraulic mould press machine will be highly considered
- Basic understanding of mathematical calculations and computers
- Attention to detail
- Available to commence immediately
Hours of work are: Monday to Thursday from 7am to 3:30pm and Friday from 7am - 1pm
