About the Role 

We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team on a 6 month contract role. Our Marketing & Communication team is responsible for developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies that support and enhance MTC’s brand and reputation across its different entities, programs and audiences.

Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, the Marketing Campaign Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns as well as the implementation of broader marketing activity across all MTC programs and divisions. The responsibilities of the role will include tasks such as: 

  • Design, plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns to support lead generations and other performance metrics.
  • Drive customer engagement and campaign performance metrics by executing campaign across key channels including social and direct channels, display and email. 
  • Work collaboratively with service delivery teams to provide category and program marketing planning and support. 
  • Monitor, measure and review marketing campaigns. 
  • Undertake post campaign analysis and on-going campaign reporting.
  • Event planning and assistance at relevant industry events and expos.
  • Support with day-to-day tasks and coordination of key projects and strategic and operational marketing activities.
  • Forge internal and external stakeholder relationships to align delivery of activities within organisational needs. 
  • Liaise with relevant external creative and production agencies.
  • Other duties as required. 

About You:

The ideal applicant we are seeking will have:

  • Qualifications in Communications, Marketing or Business and/or relevant experience.
  • Experience in implementing integrated Marketing Campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of design packages. E.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and maintain a work in progress.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as a team.
  • Working knowledge of Content Management Systems 
  • Knowledge of graphic design (desirable).
  • Knowledge of marketing campaign management platforms (desirable).
