Mechanical Fitter

The Company:

Our client is a well-known manufacturer that specialises in making garage doors for the commercial and residential industries based in Revesby. Due to new projects and continued growth, we are now currently seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to start work immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Running the main door line
• Repairing and assembling garage doors
• Working on a fast-paced production line
• Undertaking mechanical maintenance on machines
• Fault finding and general hydraulic and pneumatic works
• Using of all types of hand and power tools

About the candidate:

• Holds an Australian Trade Qualification in Mechanical Fitting | Cabinet Making / Joinery encouraged to apply
• Experience in assembling and mechanical repairing
• Strong attention to details
• Great communication skills
• Mechanical minded and can think outside the box
• Able to do repetitive duties
• A team player and possess good problem-solving skills
• Physically fit and healthy and committed to an ongoing assignment
• Able to pass a police check
