About the Client

We are currently seeking reliable Production Workers with a valid forklift licence to join their busy manufacturing operation in Minto. This is a fantastic permanent night‑shift opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, variety in their role, and being part of a supportive team.

About the Role

You will be working across the production area, supporting daily operations involving hands‑on labour, forklift operation, and operating machinery. This role suits someone who is safety‑focused and comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday, 11:00pm – 7:00am

Permanent night shift with consistent weekly hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manual handling, including loading 25kg bags onto pallets
• Moving products around the factory floor
• Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift
• Assisting with general factory labour tasks
• Learning and operating machinery with full training provided
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Valid LF forklift licence
• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting (up to 25kg)
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Willingness to learn and operate factory machinery
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow instructions
• Previous warehouse, labouring, or manufacturing experience is highly regarded
