The Opportunity:
  
The Research and Tender Coordinator is responsible for the project coordination of the production and submission of tenders and grants, as well as conducting research to enable the development of new services.
 
Your responsibilities will include: 
  • Undertake research activities to provide the necessary market information to enable the development of new services and quality submissions for funding opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a library of content and resources for all submissions, including the storage of each new submission
  • Monitor tender/proposal inclusions and compliance to ensure alignment with organisational policies and tender/proposal requirements
  • Project management of the tender/grant submissions in collaboration with the “subject matter experts” across the organisation, writing responses and ensuring quality of on-time submissions
  • Identify funding opportunities (Federal, State Local government, philanthropic/private) and strategic partnerships, subcontractors and sponsorships with key industry/market influencers in order to support new programs and service innovation
  • Evaluate the organisations competitive position in the market as well as market developments and changes in demand for services.
Essential Criteria:
  • Tertiary qualifications in media/communications or professional writing (or similar), or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability in planning, producing, professionally editing and delivering compliant and successful tenders, grants, proposals or bids
  • Excellent skills in proof-reading, researching, compiling, analysing information and writing reports
  • High level proof-reading skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with other teams
