About the Role
We are looking for someone to join our Growth team as a Senior, Innovation and Growth Manager. The Growth team is responsible for developing and managing the delivery of a business growth strategy for MTC as well as enhancing the customer experience. We believe that growth & innovative solutions hold the key to tackling the complex socio-economic challenges faced by our local areas.
Reporting to the General Manager of Strategic Growth, the Senior Innovation and Growth Manager will be responsible for the below duties, such as:
- Work with the General Manager, Strategic Growth to develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy.
- Develop and present compelling business cases for new initiatives.
- Analyse trends and opportunities.
- Lead the development and submission of high-quality bids and tenders.
- Ensuring the proposal meet the standards of quality and compliance.
- Champion a culture of innovation within the team and across MTC Australia.
- A lot of collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of innovative solutions.
- Analysing pilot projects and make recommendations or amendments if need be.
- Manage the development and implementation of initiatives to improve the customer experience through the CX Service Design Manager.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets.
About You:
The ideal applicant we are seeking will have:
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing growth strategies.
- Proven track record of successfully designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative projects with measurable impact.
- Ability to manage and lead direct team reports, and engage proactively and productively with peers across the organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders, elicit outcomes and bring a diverse range of stakeholders on the journey.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and adapt to challenges
- Ensure awareness and compliance with MTC’s ISO 9001 certification.
- Manage and monitor all aspects of operational activities to ensure adherence to all set rules, policies, and procedures of MTC and compliance with applicable regulatory standards and contractual requirements.
- Ensure awareness and compliance with MTC’s ISO 27001 certification.
