About the role
Reporting to the Marrickville Operations Manager, this position will focus on generating new business in the blue-collar space. Your key focus will be working with companies within manufacturing, warehousing and the logistics sectors. You will have access to an extensive list of lapsed clients, but your core focus will be generating new business. There will be no roadblocks regarding working on positions you bring in, be it permanent recruitment, temporary recruitment, modular or even outplacement work. You will also work closely with our parent company, allowing you to have a constant flow of candidates.

To be effective in this role you will have:
· Previous experience working in a similar role or
· A sales background
· Previous proven success generating new business
· A can-do attitude
· High attention to detail
· Exposure to recruitment CRM packages is an advantage
