The Role

An opportunity currently exists for a full-time permanent Service Advisor to join their high-performing team and provide a crucial link between customers and the service team while managing their expectations. As the key point of contact for their valued customers your mission will be to ensure that the service experience is smooth, transparent, and exceptional from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilise your knowledge of Caravan, RV or automotive systems and service
  • Liaise with customers and develop an understanding of their service needs
  • Advise and guide customers through service options and timelines.
  • Provide accurate estimates and manage customer expectations
  • Schedule service / repair appointments and coordinate with internal workshop  
  • Update customers and keep them informed effectively
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or preventative maintenance options.
  • Resolve concerns and ensure every customer leaves with a positive experience.
  • Manage relevant service paperwork, invoices, and payments.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience within a service automotive service environment
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of RV, Caravan or Automotive vehicle systems
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-developed computer skills using MS Office
  • Able to build trust and form relationships with all stakeholders
  • Prior experience with upselling of products and services
  • Strong problem-solving, time management & organisational skills
  • Ability to display patience, empathy and handle customer concerns with professionalism.
  • A team player who collaborates effectively to achieve positive outcomes.
