​​Meet MTC Recruitment's newest member of the team, Isabel Marmora, our Account Manager!

​What was your first ever job?
My first job position was Administration Assistant for a Commercial Kitchen company.

What made you want to come and work at MTC?
I love helping people, and knowing I can help people get back on their feet with finding employment made me want to work at MTC.

What are you responsible for in your role at MTC?
As an Account Manager, I assist clients with their needs regarding employees, and also provide casuals with on-going employment as well as assisting bot clients and employees with any queries.

Tell us a bit about your life outside of work.
I love watching horror movies as well as kicking a soccer ball around with my family.

What are some of your goals (work or personal) for the year?
My personal goal for this year is to save money and purchase an investment property.

Are there any TV shows, movies or books that you’ve seen or read recently that you’d recommend?
I just finished the most recent season of Manifest and must admit it is a must-watch for anyone!
