Blow Film Operator

Are you an experienced blown film operator looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in a supportive team environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated and hands-on operator to join their production team at their Pendle Hill facility in Sydney.

About the Role:

This is an afternoon shift position suited to someone who thrives both independently and as part of a small, focused team. You’ll play a key role in achieving production targets efficiently, with a strong emphasis on quality and minimal waste.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and promote safe work practices at all times
• Operate machinery in accordance with established procedures and standards
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of systems and processes
• Support the company’s growth and future direction
• Ensure equipment is maintained to high standards
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
• Uphold health and safety regulations
