Are you a finance professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for process improvement?

We’re looking for an Accounts Reconciliation Officer to join our team in Sydney’s CBD and take ownership of key financial operations.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform balance sheet bank reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness
• Oversee merchant facility requirements across all store locations
• Investigate, minimise, and report on chargebacks to reduce financial risk
• Manage and reconcile gift vouchers and credit notes
• Support month-end close and ensure financial records are audit-ready

✅ What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts reconciliation or financial operations
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems (e.g., MYOB, Xero, SAP)
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
