Job Title: Accounts Receivables and Reconciliation Officer

Out client is committed to maintaining the highest standards of financial accuracy and efficiency. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivables and Reconciliation Officer to join our dynamic team located in Sydney CBD.


Key Responsibilities:

  • accounts receivables process, ensuring timely collection of payments.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of accounts receivable.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
  • Maintain accurate records of all receivables and reconciliation transactions.
  • Communicate with clients and internal departments to address and resolve payment and reconciliation issues.
  • Prepare detailed reports on receivables status and reconciliation findings.
  • Generate and present monthly financial reports to management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of receivables and reconciliation policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounts receivables and reconciliation roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
