About the role:

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Communications Manager to join our Marketing and Growth team, based in Marrickville with flexible work from home options. The Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing impactful communications and content strategies for MTC Australia.


Reporting to the General Manager, Marketing and Growth you will:


  • Develop and implement Communications and engagement strategies.
  • Produce compelling content and copy as required such as promotional material, social media, and web-based content.
  • Manage the development of content on MTC’s owned digital and social assets.
  • Build a loyal and engaged social community.
  • Forge effective internal and external relationships to align delivery of content and communications activities.


About you:

The ideal applicant we are seeking will have:


  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Business or experience deemed equivalent.
  • Strong experience in developing and implementing communications and engagement strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a broad base of key stakeholders.
  • An ability to research, write, edit, and produce communication for a variety of communication channels and audiences
