Customer Service Officer

The Company

A leading manufacturing and well-known Australian Brand are on the lookout for an amazing Customer service Officer to join their team on a short-term assignment. You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive support to their customers both internal and external. Located in Eastern creek this opportunity requires an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

About the Role

·        Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries.

·        Action Email and phone requests / orders.

·        Order entry of all purchase orders received.

·        Create and allocate job request to the service team.

·        Maintain database with up-to-date customer information.

·        Work closely with internal teams for any escalations.

About you

·        Similar experience or comes from a service delivery role.

·        Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly.

·        System Savvy and preferably with SAP experience.

·        High attention to detail and accuracy.

·        Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and ability to build rapport.

Benefits

·        $37.13 per/hr – Immediate start.

·        Located in Eastern creek - Onsite parking available.

·        Monday to Friday - 08:30am to 05:00pm - No weekends.
