This well known, family owned organization is currently seeking a Customer Service Sales Support Specialist to join their team of five. The primary objective of the role is to provide a timely and professional sales and customer service experience to their customers. This position, office based in Padstow, will see you report directly to the Customer Success Leader. 

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Answering enquires from customers
    • providing exceptional customer service
    • managing first contacts, follow ups and case resolutions
  • Warranty Claims
    • Resolving service claims in an efficient and cost effective manner
  • Providing support and guidance to customers on product specifications, installations and methods of use
  • Sales order entry
    • Collect and verify required information to raise a return order or warranty claim
    • Processing of credit claims
  • Provide support with administrative, reception and filing duties as required

To be considered for this position, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Exposure to customer service within a manufacturing environment is desirable
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Strong data entry, speed and accuracy for bulk order entries
  • Experience with Navision or EDI would be benefical though not essential
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines when required
  • High level written and verbal communications skills
  • Flexible with work hours as into the future the team will be covering a 7am-7pm shift range, Monday -Friday 3 x 8 hour shifts (7am-3pm, 9am-5pm & 11am-7pm)
