Our Client is a leader in third-party logistics solutions for the fashion industry. They specialise in warehousing, store replenishment, E-commerce and distribution services. Central to their success is their commitment to meeting and exceeding the customer service expectations of their clients.
We are currently seeking a Customer Solutions Officer to join their team in Padstow.
The successful candidate will be a consummate professional, working in a dynamic environment to deliver outstanding customer service. The position demands a solutions-focused and “can-do” attitude to support the company’s flexible and responsive service ethos.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ability to work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (additional hours if required)
Respond to and promptly resolve customer inquiries including order or carrier issues to the customers satisfaction, ensuring they are given progress updates
Collaborate and communicate customer requirements to internal teams and managers as required to meet internal and customer KPIs
Develop strong working relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external
Build trust and rapport and develop strong relationships with customers
Personal Attributes
Excellent communication (via both email and telephone)
Attention to detail and a methodical problem solver
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team
Experience
At least two years of demonstrated success in a customer service/client experience environment is a minimum requirement
Logistics experience in a warehouse environment preferred
Previous working knowledge of at least one WMS is required for the position. Currently use Advanta and switching to CRM Freshdesk
Microsoft Office – Excel skills of at least an intermediate level
