🕙 Night Shift: Monday – Friday | 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM

📅 Start: Immediate | Training Provided

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Caringbah. This is a night shift role with excellent pay and the opportunity to work with a supportive and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate counterbalance forklift (minimum 5 years’ experience required)
• Packaging, lifting, and carrying of products (<12kg)
• Production recording and quality checks
• Routine cleaning and housekeeping
• Machine monitoring and occasional operation (to relieve breaks)
• Maintain correct machine cycle times
• Follow quality procedures and supervisor instructions

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Minimum 5 years of counterbalance forklift experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Can-do attitude and team player mindset
• Willingness to assist with machine operation during breaks
• Full working rights in Australia

Note: All successful candidates must train on night shift for 1–2 weeks before moving to the afternoon shift.
