About the role:

Reporting to the General Manager People and Culture you will:
- Partner to achieve business plan objectives for your allocated division and people and culture team
- Provide end to end HR generalist advice to your client group
- Provide support with proactive people initiatives – including culture change using the OCI, well-being, diversity and inclusion, our reconciliation action plan, learning and development
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in working as a business partner across all areas of generalist HR
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused and customer-centric approach to HR
- Ability to develop strong partnering relationships at all levels
- Business acumen – ability to understand a business plan and translate to HR support
- Strong communication skills combined with analytical and strategic thinking
- Experience in WHS is desirable
