Production Worker

We are seeking a Powder Blender to join our Food & Beverage Department on day shift. This role is essential to our production process and requires a strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow company policies, procedures, and manufacturing work orders (MWO) with strict adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDocP)

• Prepare for production by reviewing schedules, clarifying specifications, and assembling materials

• Operate, monitor, and adjust equipment to meet production requirements

• Conduct room set-up and clearances, clean and sanitize equipment per SOP

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with cGMP and OH&S standards

• Complete all documentation accurately and contemporaneously

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report maintenance needs

• Record production output and communicate effectively with management

• Participate in training and work cooperatively within the department

Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in production, ideally in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing

• Ability to input, retrieve, and analyze data

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
