Role 1: Production Operator – 12-Hour Rotating Roster

🕒 Roster: 8-Day Cycle (Including Weekends)

2 Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

2 Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

4 Days Off

Key Responsibilities

Packaging, lifting, and carrying products (<12kg)

Recording production data accurately

Cleaning machines and maintaining factory floor hygiene

Performing packaging adjustments to meet quality standards

Identifying and reporting product defects (e.g., short shots, bubbles)

Ensuring machines run at correct cycle times

Following quality procedures and supervisor instructions

Brief Job Description

Packaging, lifting, and carrying products (<12kg)

Recording production data

Routine cleaning of machines and factory floor

Performing standard packaging adjustments

Reporting product and machine quality issues

Maintaining machine cycle times, especially ovens

Following quality procedures and supervisor labour allocations

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment

Ability to lift up to 20kg safely

Familiarity with general hand tools

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Positive, team-oriented attitude

Must have full working rights in Australia
