About the Role  

Due to our recent tender success in the SEE program, MTC has exciting opportunities for SEE Administration Support Officers to join our Education & Training team on a part-time basis in the following locations:

  • Nowra
  • Wollongong
  • Dapto
  • Shellharbour

Reporting to the SEE Administration Team Leader, the SEE Administration Support Officer will provide effective and efficient customer service and administration support to the designated SEE site, staff and local referring agency network. Key duties of this role include: 

  • Meet and greet customers and centre visitors and provide exceptional customer service. 
  • Administrative duties including answering phones, booking and confirming appointments and entering of new client details into system. 
  • Cold calling eligible customers to obtain new referrals. 
  • Maintain the WHS and student complaints registers. 
  • Provide administrative assistance to our SEE internal stakeholders. 
  • Other duties as required. 

 About You: 

The ideal applicant we are seeking will have: 

  • Demonstrated experience working in an administrative and/or reception role within a similar environment. 
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office. 
  • Strong customer service skills. 
  • High attention to detail. 
  • Ability to prioritise and complete tasks in a timely manner. 
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
