About the Role
We are currently seeking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team on a 6-12 month contract. The People & Culture team supports MTC to create a values-driven and people-centric organisational culture, in which our people are engaged, empowered and motivated by our purpose.
Reporting to the People Operations Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible in driving all end-to-end recruitment for MTC Australia.
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Taking detailed job briefs with Hiring Managers to form a good understanding of each role & team, propose recruitment strategies, and lead the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Effectively partnering with key stakeholders across the business.
- Taking a strategic approach to sourcing candidates including creating talent pipelines.
- Always ensuring candidates have a positive experience.
- Working collaboratively with the People and Culture team.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
· Previous experience working in Talent Acquisition in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple roles & prioritise high volumes of recruitment
· Confidence & capability to partner effectively with and manage stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
· Ability to work independently with strong time management skills in order to fill roles in a timely, efficient manner.
· Great communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
· A customer-centric approach.
