Warehouse Leading hand

About the client:

A well established international company with over 100 years experience in the manufacturing of residential/commercial small engines and outdoor power equipment. They pride themselves on providing quality products through exceptional customer service.

We are looking for x 2 leading hands. 1 for morning shift and the other for pm shift.

Morning and afternoon shifts :

Am Shift - 6:00 am - 2:30 pm ($67418.00 per annum)

Pm Shift - 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm ($76611.60 per annum)

Duties include:

• implementing and maintaining the warehousing processes and procedures
• Providing shipment documents to the shipping team
• Overseeing the assembly of service parts kits per customers request
• Reviews inventory and cycle count records for accuracy according to SAP requests
• Preparing weekly inventory reports as required
• Scheduling and providing feedback to the warehousing staff when required
• Perform other duties as assigned

To be considered for this position:

• Previous experience as a warehouse lead or similar position (minimum 3 years related experience in a manufacturing company)
• Current Forklift License
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of SAP (Mandatory)
• The ability to manage, maintain and train the team
• Good communication skills and presentation
• Experience with Kardex Carousel - storage racking system (highly desirable)
