Warehouse worker/Forklift operators

About the Role:

We’re seeking Warehouse Operators with a valid Forklift Licence to join busy Warehouse and logistics operations across Western Sydney. This is a hands-on role with a 50/50 split between forklift operation and manual picking. If you’re reliable, safety-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Duties:

• Operate forklifts (counterbalance or high reach) to move and stack goods
• Pick and pack orders using RF scanners
• Load/unload trucks and containers
• Maintain accurate inventory and follow safety procedures
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Valid LF forklift licence
• Previous experience in warehouse operations and order picking
• Good physical fitness – manual handling required
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work independently and in a team
